The South Lorain CDC’s Homeward Bound Program makes that possible. The Homeward Bound Program is renovating and building homes in the South Lorain area all for sale featuring the following:

• Prices Ranging from $95,00 to $120,000

• 15 year tax abatement available and special reduced interest loans through National City Bank.
• $10,000 down payment assistance for those who meet income qualification guidelines.

Homeward Bound Builds 10 new homes in South Lorain
